This state-of-the-art mix-use high-rise building of the World Trade Centre (WTC) is designed as an iconic campus, on a site of 36836 sq. m. The campus is collaboratively designed and engineered for IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) Gold Rating Campus.

Engineering for Security & Sustainability

The integrated design and engineering of this campus uses many sustainable ethos that include passive and active design strategies. The design also integrates many systems that include – Earthing System, Lightning Protection System, Fire protection system, BMS system and Access control system providing for secure, safe resilient working modern environment. Design of this WTC campus uses strategies and systems that include but not limited to - Rainwater harvesting, District Cooling, recycling of grey water, central STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), Solar BIPV, green roof etc.
