This is a sports and recreation project with a large convention centre and hotel of 200 rooms. There are various indoor facilities such as badminton, squash, billiards, table tennis, rife shooting, bowling alley, virtual games, SPA, Gymnasium, yoga and aerobics, card rooms, multiple restaurants and indoor and outdoor facilities. Included are a tennis court, swimming pool, water games, 250 yds multi level driving range and golf academy, lawn bowling, party plot etc. Architecturally the project is designed as a campus of buildings that interact with each other and outdoor amenities. The project is likely to expand from the current 6 lacs SF to 16 lacs SF design program.

Mega Event Space Designed for Optimal Performance

A large and comprehensive venue for a range of events and activities, Club 07 offers Ahmedabad’s citizens premium facilities for indoor and outdoor sports, clubbing, events, conventions with supporting hospitality infrastructure at one single premises spread over an area of 6 lakh sq ft. The functional deliverables of this extensively envisioned facility conglomerate were engineered and conveyed by the INI team. Being part of a full-service architectural firm arms the team with the advantage of designing engineering solutions that are appreciative of and aligned to the larger architectural vision of the project.

The team used its time-tested and streamlined engineering design processes matched with innovative application to provide the best fit solution for each of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire-safety requirements of this project which demanded a technologically sound base of systems for its effective functional success. The design purview included the assessment of environmental impact using energy modelling systems and accounted for life-cycle costing. Simulation models helped to evolve apt passive strategies to optimize natural light and ventilation required for ensuring the sustainability advantage for this extensive facility.

The venue provides facilities for a very wide range of indoor and outdoor sports and recreation on a daily basis. These include squash, billiards, table tennis, bowling alley, card rooms, yoga & aerobics, gym and spa indoors, and tennis & badminton courts, swimming pools with water sport facilities, lawn bowling and others outdoors. A variety of F & B outlets like restaurants and cafes also feature to enhance the attraction of Club 07.

Hosting Conventions, Concerts and Social Events

A significant feature of this club is the conference and convention facilities of various sizes, capacities and customizations made available, supported by a 200 room hotel with premium facilities to match. These facilities also cater to large and small social gatherings like weddings and parties, with landscaped party lawns adding value. An outdoor performance arena with large amphitheater-styled seating adds the extra edge that enables crowd-pullers like rock concerts to be hosted here as well.
