An invitation to indulge in a symphony of luxury

The endeavor by INI was to elevate the allure of this development to the next level. This included seamless integration of many disciplines including expansion of facilities and new design-brief elements leading to an unmatched guest experience., INI’s design ethos transcended mere augmentation; it encapsulated a holistic approach to fostering connectivity between the clubhouse and its verdant environs, while preserving the architectural integrity of the existing structure. From the design of the entrance porch to the creation of imposing arched gateways and aesthetically illuminated arcades, every element bears the imprint of a cohesive vision aimed at enhancing the grandeur and sense of arrival.

Three exclusive restaurants on the clubhouse rooftop have been designed to seamlessly integrate into the architectural tapestry, by camouflaging the services and elevating the existing floor, thereby ensuring panoramic views of the golf course. New manicured lawns and party/event areas have been carved out to facilitate multi-use. Connection between the East and West lawns is additionally facilitated through the lower ground, which has been treated as an arrival space itself, well-lit and landscaped. An imposing arched gateway accentuates the grandness and sense of arrival, while aesthetically lit arcades help define the space and add to the grandeur.

A realm redefined, seamlessly interweaving architectural aesthetic and verdant vistas

The landscaping is fashioned to serve not only as a visual spectacle but also as a means of
delineating spaces and serving as green acoustic barriers. Meandering walkways, accented by river-washed greyish-brown granite and interesting paving patterns, seamlessly meld with the overarching architectural aesthetics, redefining the very essence of spatial harmony.
