The theme of "Technology Transforming Usage of Steel in Construction" was celebrated by presentation of the latest innovations, best practices, and ideas in steel construction, including optimizing design, simplifying steel design, fabrication and faster execution, innovative erection & transportation, and more!

Ar. Bhrugu presented the innovative Indian Potash Ltd. HQ building in Ahmedabad. With its unique diagrid exoskeleton structure that enables lateral load transfer, resulting in column- free interiors and flexible spaces, this multi-story corporate office embodies elegance, sustainability and adaptability. The efficient design harnesses natural light while providing shade. With a double skin ceramic fritter glazing system and interstitial air-cavity, the building reduces the load on air-conditioning and maintains a comfortable environment. Solar PV technology has been integrated for sustainable energy generation.

What truly sets this building apart is the harmonious integration of nature and architecture through the urban terrace garden which becomes a living canvas that rejuvenates and inspires, while creating a vibrant social space.
