Featured as an emerging model for next-generation retail, Unity Mall reinterprets the conventional shopping complex as a porous, landscape-led public realm. Set within the natural contours of Shillong’s terrain, the project integrates high-street retail, cultural pavilions, and civic spaces into a cohesive, open environment. Through its emphasis on local identity, passive design, and ecological sensitivity, the project positions retail as a platform for community, culture, and sustainable development.

Featured across multiple design platforms, the Surat Municipal Corporation campus is envisioned as a consolidated civic hub, bringing together multiple government departments within a single vertical framework. The 27-storey twin-tower configuration integrates public-facing functions at the podium level with efficient, daylight-optimised workspaces above. Climate-responsive strategies, advanced building systems, and a net-zero-ready approach position the project as a benchmark in contemporary public infrastructure.
